4.6C Upgrade suggestion for SGEN--index on UPGLDGEN

We're going through another practice upgrade of our 3.1H to 4.6C.

I know Doreen has expressed concern in the past about ICNV, and our SGEN
seems to run very slowly as well.

I did a trace on ICNV and saw no obvious room for improvement. But SGEN was
spending a considerable amount of time executing an UPDATE on UPGLDGEN,
WHERE OBJECT=? and OBJ_NAME = ?.

I created an index on UPGLDGEN for those two fields, in that order, and SGEN
seems to be running much faster now.
