Functionality

The function resolves recurring DIF Occurrences into several 'virtual' occurrences within a given time interval . The result of the function can be none to n virtual Occurrences, depending on the input time interval and the validity period of the recurring occurrence. The resulting occurrences are virtual occurrences because they are all identical (including the same DIF Occurrence number) except for the year of validity. The function is required for FRP outbound processing and display of DIF data on the user interface.

Non-recurring DIF Occurrences can also be passed to the function. They can be either removed from the output table or returned unchanged.
