/XLSO/ALL_OBJECT_CANCELLATION - Cancel Learning Object

Functionality

This function module enables the cancellation of participation booking for all learning products in the external learning portal. This includes all bundles and courses. Based on the object type for cancellation, the control branches to the corresponding functions for each object type.

Activities

You have to execute the following steps to cancel from the user interface:

• You create a sales order return

• You cancel the participation booking

• You adjust the billing
