Number of elements in the 'statement cache' for every work process.
The 'statement cache' can reduce the frequency of relatively
expensive PREPARE statements against the database quite considerably,
as the context information of these statements can be stored and
reused.

The effect of 'statement cache' is a reduction in expensive
PREPARE statements, but also a considerable increase in shared
memory usage on the database host.
