| The operating system must hold connections in a queue while the |
| connections are being opened. This parameter specifies the maximum |
| number connections that can be in this state. |
| If the network queue is full, additional connection requests are |
| rejected without response. |

| For 4.2OSD the maximum value is 5. Today's systems support higher |
| values. If the maximum value of the operating system |
| is exceeded, the operating system reduces the parameter value to the |
| highest value supported. |
