| Every server is assigned a default codepage. This is set in the |
| work processes when the server is started. The ABAP runtime then |
| switches to the required code page, depending on the user's |
| language. The parameter rdisp/reinitialize_code_page specifies <
| whether the work process should set the system code page first when |
| transferring a new request. This is not usually necessary. |
