Parameter description :
-----------------------
The SCSA is a shared memory area that is used by basis components
such as system log, trace, and so on.
Depending on the operating system, the Shared Common System Area
is created as an independent shared memory area, or as area no. 5
in the SAP IPC interface.
The operating system is normally left to determine its own
suitable address. However, too often there were versions of
operating systems that automatically left too little space for
malloc(). You can then use this parameter to request a
higher address.
