EC500002 - IS-U: move-in: data environment check upon entry

Functionality

When you call move-in processing, the agent receives information messages about special feature of the data environment.

Using this enhancement, you can program these company-specific information messages. They are outputted before the move-in screen is displayed. The data currently being read is transferred as parameters.
