EHQM1101 - EH&S-QM: Determine Group and Group Counter

This SAP enhancement can be used to determine the group and group counter when creating QM inspection plans from Product Safety.

If this enhancement is not active, the group is determined as follows:

Case a:

If an inspection plan already exists for the current combination of material and plant, the group of this inspection plan is used.

Case b:

If no inspection plan is found under a, but an inspection plan exists that contains the current specification category as the old plan number, the group of this inspection plan is used.

Otherwise, the inspection plan group is specified according to internal number assignment.

For the group counter, an internal number is used unless a number is determined by this enhancement. This also means that internal number assignment is used if only the group is determined using this enhancement.

Import parameters

• I_ADDITIONAL_SETTINGS: This structure does not contain parameters. It can be extended.

• I_VALDAT: Key date that is decisive for creating inspection plans

• I_SUBID: Specification category

• I_MATNR: Material number

• I_PLANT: Plant for material

Export parameters

• E_ADDITIONAL_SETTINGS: This structure does not contain parameters. It can be extended.

• E_GROUP: Inspection plan group

• E_GROUP_COUNTER: Group counter
