MRP relevance for incomplete configurations of main items

This function enables you to extend the control for whether an item transmits requirements related to materials planning (MRP). You can control the requirements with field VBAP-STMAN.

  • VBAP-STMAN = ' ' = Material requirements are planned
  • VBAP-STMAN = '1' = Material requirements are not planned but displayed
  • VBAP-STMAN = '2' = Material requirements are not planned or displayed

Normally, information about material requirements planning is transferred from the main item to the sub-items.
