This customer enhancement enables you to deviate from the standard system when deleting class and classification data for configured objects.
You can delete class assignments to material even if previously configured objects (for example, sales orders) exist in the "new" configuration storage (CBASE).
This process assumes that the class is a variant class type (for example, 300), that you perform the deletion using Engineering Change Management, and that the change date occurs in the future.
Moreover, you must also set the field "AEDIEZUORD" (Engineering Change Management classification) in table TCLA (class types) and TCLAO (several objects in a class type).
You can display these tables in the dialog using transaction "O1CL".
