W:User is not authorized to change master data.

Message Long Text :
The user is able to carry out all functions which would normally be authorized, however, changes which to the master data base will not be made by the system (e.g. for a user in training).
Authorization to make changes to master data must be granted by the DCW system manager under the "Manage Users" menu item.
The name of the function is xUSRMFM" ("x" = application).
