&1: The official verification parameter of the country is damaged

The identification number does not correspond to the official verification parameters of the country. In function 6 of Table A0703 an official verification algorithm for the country is recorded. Normally, one verification digit is determined in the check algorithm from the number. This check digit must agree with certain places in the number.
