E:"Match Code" verification entry invalid.

Message Long Text :
At least one character for "Name" must be specified if telephone number verification is not selected.
- If no characters are entered for "City", the entry for "Name" must be greater than one.
- "Street" cannot be verified unless "City" is also verified.
- If all match code elements "Name", "City" and "Street" are selected, the combined total of characters cannot be more than 18.
