The increment parameter is not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Increment value for heap creation is not valid. The valid values are 0 and any number in the range (512 bytes, 16 megabytes minus 1 kilobyte). The exception occurred in procedure &1.
Recovery . . . : Use a valid argument and try the operation again.
