Error during PTF request. Press Help before replying (C D).

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A function error occurred during the Program Temporary Fix (PTF) processing. The error may have destroyed the integrity of the Master PTF Index (MPTFI) for library &1.
Recovery . . . : Look at the messages previously listed to determine if MPTFI is still usable. If other messages exist in the job log that are not related to the MPTFI, type C to cancel the processing, correct the errors, and then try the command again. If the error messages indicate problems with the MPTFI, contact your provider of software service before replying D to this message. If the MPTFI is not usable, type D to delete the MPTFI. Deleting the MPTFI deletes all records of the PTF activity for the licensed programs in library &1.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- Cancel processing.
D -- Delete the MPTFI.
