Folder &5 not registered to product &1 option &2. (C G)

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Folder &5 exists on the system but is not registered to product &1 option &2 release &4. Release &4 of product &1 option &2 may be the first time this product has been packaged using the System Manager licensed program.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Type a G to continue processing if folder &5 can be used by product &1 option &2 release &4.
-- Type a C to cancel processing and use the Restore Licensed Program (RSTLICPGM) command to restore the product again. Specify a folder name for the FLR parameter.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- Cancel processing.
G -- Continue processing.
