Cause . . . . . : The registration facility is currently in use and not able to provide the necessary information for tape management exit point &1.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Type C to cancel the operation.
-- Type I to ignore this error and to continue the operation without tape management controls.
-- Wait for the registration facility to become available and then type R to continue.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- Cancel processing.
I -- Continue processing without tape management services.
R -- Retry when the registration facility becomes available.
