Message : CPA4063
Cannot access data file on volume &5 device &4 (C INZ R).

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The labels for the existing data file, sequence number &40 label &7 for file &2 in &3, indicate that the file is protected and cannot be read or written again.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Use C to cancel processing.
-- Use INZ to initialize the current volume, clearing all files and allowing the current volume to be used as a continuation volume. Only the security officer can process a protected file.
-- Load the correct continuation volume on the tape drive and use R to try again.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- Cancel processing
R -- Try volume open operation
INZ -- Initialize the current volume
