Diskette in device &1 is not correct format. (C R)

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error occurred while processing, file &3 in library &4 on volume &2 device &1. The diskette contains condition &5 of the following conditions:
(1) For basic exchange, a sector size other than 128 bytes or the diskette is not type 1 or type 2.
(2) For H exchange, a sector size other than 256 bytes or the diskette is not initialized to a format of 2D.
Recovery . . . : Type a C to cancel processing, or insert another diskette and type an R to try again.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- Cancel the diskette file processing
R -- Retry the operation
