Controller &24 on line &23 not contacted. Probable configuration problem. (C G R)

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The role (ROLE parameter) may not be correct in the line description or the controller description. The remote system may not be configured correctly or the remote system may be failing.
Recovery . . . : Do the following:
-- Use the Work with Line Description (WRKLIND) command and the Work with Controller Description (WRKCTLD) command to verify that the role (ROLE parameter) is correct in the line description and controller description.
-- Contact the remote system operator to verify the remote configuration.
-- If the configurations compare, contact the remote system operator to determine if any problem exists at the remote system.
Then do one of the following:
-- Type C to cancel recovery and to inform any applications that are waiting for an operation that the recovery has been canceled.
-- Type G to start the automatic communications recovery again as defined by the communications recovery limit (CMNRCYLMT) for line &23.
-- Type R to try the operation one more time.
If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- Cancel.
G -- Start automatic recovery again.
R -- Try again one more time.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The error log identifier is &22. The exchange identifier (XID) is &41.
The error code is &40: The role bit is set wrong in the Receive_XID.
