System cannot call out on line &23. Connection list entry is *ANY for the remote number (C N R).

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Connection list entry &41 in connection list &40 does not contain a specific remote number.
Recovery . . . :
Using the Work with Connection List Entry (WRKCNNLE) command, add a remote number to connection list entry &41 in connection list &40.
Reply to the message.
If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- Cancel the dial attempt to the network. Any applications and subsystems that are waiting for an operation will be informed that the call has been canceled.
N -- Retry the dial attempt to the network. Depending on the values specified for the switched line list (SWTLINLST) and the switched line selection (SWTLINSLCT) parameters configured in each controller description, the system may choose a different line description to complete the call. The SWTLINSLCT parameter is only valid for X.25 configurations.
R -- Retry the dial operation to the network using line &23.
