System cannot call out on controller &24. Unable to use connection list &40. (C R)

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Connection list &40 for controller description &24 does not exist.
Recovery . . . :
Either create connection list &40 (CRTCNNL command) or change the connection list name in controller &24 to specify an existing connection list.
Reply to the message.
If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- Cancel the dial attempt. Any applications and subsystems that are waiting for an operation will be informed that the call has been canceled. This option is not valid once the connection has been made.
R -- Retry the dial attempt. This option is not valid once the connection has been made.
