The call for line &23 on network interface &30 failed, B channel is busy. (C N R)

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A call was attempted that requested a specific channel. The channel is already in use. The ISDN cause code associated with the call is &41 (&43 &44).
Recovery . . . : Do one or more of the following:
-- Wait for the channel on network interface &30 to become available.
-- Use the WRKLIND command to change line description &23. Change network interface entry &30 in the switched network interface list (SWTNWILST parameter) to not specify a particular channel.
-- Reply to the message.
If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
R -- Try the dial operation to the remote ISDN system again using line &23.
C -- Cancel the dial attempt to the remote ISDN system. Any applications and subsystems that are waiting for an operation will be informed that the call has been canceled.
N -- Retry the dial attempt to the remote ISDN system. Depending on the values specified for the switched line list (SWTLINLST) and the switched line selection (SWTLINSLCT) parameters configured in each controller description, the system may choose a different line description to complete the call. The SWTLINSLCT parameter is only valid for X.25 configurations.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The error code is &40: Requested B-channel is already in use.
The ISDN cause information element is: &42.
