Line &23 not contacted, insufficient resources. (C N R)

Cause . . . . . : The system is trying to begin using line &23; however, the input/output processor (IOP) &26 does not have enough resources to create a minimum environment for line &23. The network interface associated with the call is &30. The ISDN cause code associated with the call is &41 (&43 &44).
Recovery . . . : Use the Work with Hardware Resource (WRKHDWRSC) command to display the resources associated with IOP &26. Then do one or more of the following:
-- Use the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command to vary off any line or network interface on IOP &26 that is not currently being used.
-- To lower the resource requirements for each IDLC line, use the CHGLINIDLC command to reduce the maximum frame size (MAXFRAME) parameter.
-- To lower the resource requirements for each X25 line, use the CHGLINX25 command to reduce the maximum frame size (MAXFRAME) parameter, the maximum packet size (MAXPKTSIZE) parameter, and the number of logical channels (LGLCHLE) parameter.
-- Use the Change System Value (CHGSYSVAL) command to increase the machine pool (QMCHPOOL) system value.
-- Move some network interfaces from IOP &26 to another IOP, then use the Work with Network Interface Descriptions (WRKNWID) command to change the resource name (RSRCNAME) parameter of the network interfaces that were moved.
-- Reply to the message.
If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
R -- Try the dial operation to the remote ISDN system again using line &23.
C -- Cancel the dial attempt to the remote ISDN system. Any applications and subsystems that are waiting for an operation will be informed that the call has been canceled.
N -- Retry the dial attempt to the remote ISDN system. Depending on the values specified for the switched line list (SWTLINLST) and the switched line selection (SWTLINSLCT) parameters configured in each controller description, the system may choose a different line description to complete the call. The SWTLINSLCT parameter is only valid for X.25 configurations.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The error log identifier is &22. The error code is &40.
The ISDN cause information element is: &42.
