Network interface &30 failed. Possible NT problem. (C G R)

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The system has lost communications with the ISDN physical interface (NT). The NT or connection to the NT may have failed, or the reactivation timer (REACTTMR) for network interface &30 may be too small.
Recovery . . . : Verify the operation of the NT and the connection. Use the Work with Network Interface Description (WRKNWID) command to verify that the Reactivation timer (REACTTMR) in the Network Interface description is not set too low to allow the system to automatically recover from temporary failures. Reply to the message.
If the problem continues, press F14 to run problem analysis.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- Cancel recovery and inform any applications and subsystems that are waiting for an operation that the recovery has been canceled.
G -- Start the automatic communications recovery again as defined by the communications recovery limit (CMNRCYLMT) configured for network interface &30.
R -- Try again one more time.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The error log identifier is &22.
The error code is &40: The ISDN physical interface has lost synchronization with the NT and has been unable to reactivate the interface for a period in excess of the reactivation timer (REACTTMR).
