LEC ARP failure on line &23. (C G R)

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The LAN Emulation Client (LEC) received a failure during the LEC Address Resolution Protocol (ARP) when contacting the LAN Emulation Server (LES) or the Broadcast and Unknown Server (BUS). Either the LES or the BUS is not functioning correctly. The error code is &40.
Recovery . . . : Vary off the line.
Contact the provider of the LES or the BUS for problem analysis and resolution.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- Cancel recovery and inform any applications that are waiting for an operation that recovery has been canceled.
G -- Start the automatic communications recovery again for line &23 as defined by the communications recovery limit (QCMNRCYLMT) system value.
R -- Try the operation one more time.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Error codes and their meanings are:
1EC08004 -- The LEC was unable to get the ATM address of the BUS from the LES.
1EC0800A -- The LEC sent an Address Resolution Protocol (ARP) request to the LES and the LES did not respond.
The LEC either could not obtain the ATM address of the BUS from the LES or the LEC sent an ARP request to the LES and there was no response. The LES or the BUS is not functioning correctly.
