Manually dial &40 for line &23. (C G N)

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The system has determined that a device connected to a manual dial line is required.
Recovery . . . : Do the following:
1) Dial &40 on line &23.
2) Wait for the remote modem or operator to answer.
3) If necessary, place the modem in data mode (refer to the modem manual).
4) Message CPF5909 will be sent to the system operator message queue (QSYSOPR) or the configured message queue when the connection has been made.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- Cancel the connection attempt and all logical calls waiting for the connection. Any applications waiting for the connection will be informed that the logical call attempt has been canceled.
G -- Remove this message from the system operator message queue (QSYSOPR).
N -- Cancel the dial operation to the X.25 network using line &23 and attempt to complete the pending logical calls. Depending on the values specified for the switched line list (SWTLINLST) and the switched line selection (SWTLINSLCT) parameters configured in each controller description, the system may choose a different line description to complete the call.
