Controller &24 contact not successful. Remote system problem. (C R)

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The system is trying to communicate with a station; however, the remote station sent a record that does not have the correct format. This is a protocol error. The data sent was not received.
Recovery . . . : Contact the remote station operator, and verify the station configuration and proper operation.
If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- Cancel recovery and inform any applications that are waiting for an operation that the recovery has been canceled.
R -- Try the operation one more time.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The error log identifier is &22.
The error code is &40: The error is a frame reject and the logical link has been disconnected. The remote system sent a frame that does not have the correct format.
