Cannot clear diskette in device &3. (C R)

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The diskette was not cleared because it has an extended label area.
Recovery . . . : Type a C to cancel processing and initialize the diskette, (INZDKT), or insert a new diskette and type an R to try again.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- Cancel the diskette file processing.
R -- Retry the operation.
