Cause . . . . . : Tape device &25 is malfunctioning or in use by another system or I/O Processor.
Recovery . . . : If the control unit has the Two Channel Switch feature installed on it, verify that device &25 is not in use by another system or I/O Processor. If the problem continues, press F14 to run problem analysis.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The Product Activity Log identifier (ID) is &22.
