REPLACERLS(*ONLY) cannot be specified for *PGM objects.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Multiple releases of program objects are installed for product &1 option &2.
Recovery . . . : Use the Display Software Resource (DSPSFWRSC) command to determine the version release modification levels that are installed. Then do one of the following:
-- Restore product &1 option &2 using the Restore Licensed Program (RSTLICPGM) command again to specify a specific version release modification level for the REPLACERLS parameter.
-- Restore product &1 option &2 using the RSTLICPGM command again to specify *NO for the REPLACERLS parameter to install another release.
