File &2 in library &3 specifies an offset value for SADLSTITCH which is too large.

Cause . . . . . : The maximum value for a staple position offset is 22.75 when UOM(*INCH) is specified. One or more of the values specified for Staple position offsets were specified with a value greater than 22.75.
A maximum value of 22.75 will be used for values which exceed 22.75.
