Device &1 is not a network optical device.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The device you specified on the DEV parameter either does not exist or is not a network optical device. Only network optical devices of type &2 and model &3 are supported.
Recovery . . . : Either change the value specified on the DEV parameter or use the CRTDEVOPT command specifying a value of *VRT for the RSRCNAME parameter, *SRVLAN for the LCLINTNETA parameter, and then try the request again.
