Attributes of field not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The field specified for the attribute parameter must be defined as a 1 character (A in position 35) program-to-system field (P in position 38).
Recovery . . . : Either change the attributes of the indicated field, or change the field name specified for the attribute parameter of the DSPATR keyword. Then try the request again.
