Specification not allowed after program-to-system field.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Data fields (B or blank in position 38) must be defined in the record before the program-to-system fields (P in position 38).
Recovery . . . : Change the order of the fields in the record to specify all the data fields before the program-to-system fields. Then try the request again.
