Cause . . . . . : The special value *LIBL or *CURLIB must be contained in apostrophes when it is specified on the EVOKE keyword.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and then try the request again:
-- Change the library name to a value other than *LIBL or *CURLIB.
-- Specify apostrophes around the *LIBL or *CURLIB value.
