Indicated value not valid for character or DBCS field.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : When the keyword is specified on a character or bracketed double-byte character set (DBCS) field, the value must be contained in apostrophes.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then try the request again.
-- Change the value on the keyword to a value contained in apostrophes.
-- Change the data type of the field to numeric.
-- Omit the keyword.
