Language ID specified on LANGID parameter not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The Sort Sequence table name that was specified on the SRTSEQ parameter must exist when the file is created.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then try the request again.
-- Create the sort sequence table (CRTTBL command).
-- Change the table name on the SRTSEQ parameter to the name of a table that exists on the system.
