A UCS-2 sort sequence table is not allowed for the ALTSEQ keyword.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The name of a UCS-2 sort sequence table was used as the parameter for the ALTSEQ keyword. The sort sequence table named in the parameter must be a single byte table.
Recovery . . . : Provide the name of a single byte sort sequence table for the parameter, and then retry the command.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : A UCS-2 sort sequence table is not allowed to be used for an alternate collating sequence table. Therefore, the DDS compiler detects that a UCS-2 table was requested, and flags the usage as an error.
