Cause . . . . . : The value for the MAXHEAD attribute on the &1 tag must be in the range of 0-4. A different value is specified.
Recovery . . . : Specify a value in the range of 0-4 for the MAXHEAD attribute on the &1 tag, or remove the attribute entirely to use the default value of zero. Then try the request again.
