UIM value specified for ACTOR attribute on LIST tag but ENTER action not defined in key list.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The UIM value is specified for the ACTOR attribute on the LIST tag, but no action value is specified for the ENTER key on a KEYI tag in the key list. This condition is not allowed.
Recovery . . . : Specify an action value for the ENTER key on a KEYI tag in the key list, or change the value of the ACTOR attribute on the LIST tag. Then try the request again.
