&1 tag not allowed in text for &2 tag.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The &1 tag is a highlight phrase tag. Since the &2 tag has its own highlighting, highlighting tags are not allowed inside the text for that tag.
Recovery . . . : Remove the &1 tag from the text for the &2 tag. Then try the request again.
