&1 action specified for ENTER attribute on PANEL tag.

Cause . . . . . : The &1 action specified for the ENTER attribute on the PANEL tag should be used with extreme care. Normally, when the function key for this action is pressed, the program will turn on an indicator bit. If you also code the &1 action as the default enter action, your program will wrongly turn on the indicator bit when control returns to your program because Enter is pressed.
Recovery . . . : To avoid wrongly setting the indicator bit, change or remove the ENTER attribute on the PANEL tag.
