PRIORITY attribute ignored on KEYI tag with MOREKEYS action.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The PRIORITY attribute on the KEYI tag is ignored for the key specified with the MOREKEYS action. When the MOREKEYS action is taken, the UIM automatically enables the function key assigned to the MOREKEYS action and places its description on the display.
Recovery . . . : Remove the PRIORITY attribute from the KEYI tag with the MOREKEYS action specified.
