Attribute values specified for DATAI and DATA tags not compatible.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The ABOVE value is specified for the CHCLOC attribute on the DATAI tag when the HORIZ value is specified for the LAYOUT attribute on the DATA tag. This condition is not allowed.
Recovery . . . : Change the ABOVE value for the CHCLOC attribute on the DATAI tag, or change the HORIZ value for the LAYOUT attribute on the DATA tag. Then try the request again.
