Cause . . . . . : The INOUT value is not specified for the USAGE attribute on the &1 tag when the PROMPT attribute is specified. This condition is not allowed.
Recovery . . . : Specify the INOUT value for the USAGE attribute on the &1 tag, or remove the PROMPT attribute. Then try the request again.
