EXTMSGID attribute not allowed on LISTACT tag when MSG value not specified for NOEXT attribute.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The EXTMSGID attribute is specified on the LISTACT tag even though the MSG value is not specified for the NOEXT attribute. This condition is not allowed.
Recovery . . . : Remove the EXTMSGID attribute on the LISTACT tag, or specify the MSG value for the NOEXT attribute. Then try the request again.
