Request to enable collection of profiling data failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt to enable service program &2 in library &3 to collect profiling data failed with reason code &1 Valid reason codes are:
-- 1: The target release of the service program is not V4R2M0 or later.
-- 2: The service program either does not have all the creation data required to re-create the service program, or *ALL or *CRTDTA was specified on the remove observable info (RMVOBS) parameter of the CHGSRVPGM command.
-- 3: The optimization level specified on the CHGSRVPGM command (OPTIMIZE parameter) was less than *FULL (30).
Recovery . . . : Recoveries for the reason codes are:
-- 1: Create the service program with TGTRLS(V4R2M0) or later. Then try the request again.
-- 2: Either create the service program again from its source, or do not specify *ALL or *CRTDTA on the remove observable info (RMVOBS) parameter. Then try the request again.
-- 3: Specify an optimization level (OPTIMIZE parameter) of *FULL (30) or greater. Then try the request again.
