QTEMP not valid for library.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : QTEMP was specified as the library value on one of the following:
- The BNDSRVPGM parameter for the CRTPGM or CRTSRVPGM command
- The SRVPGMLIB parameter for the CRTPGM or CRTSRVPGM command
- The OBJ parameter for an ADDBNDDIRE binding directory entry of object type *SRVPGM
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and then run the CRTPGM, CRTSRVPGM, or ADDBNDDIRE command again:
- Specify *LIBL instead of QTEMP
- Place the service program in a different library, and specify that library name instead of QTEMP
Technical description . . . . . . . . : QTEMP is a user's temporary library. If QTEMP is specified as the library, the program or service program cannot resolve to it at run time. However, if *LIBL is specified instead of QTEMP, the program or service program searches QTEMP at run time.
